1. Introduction

AUTOVANCE TURBOTECH Pvt. Ltd. hereinafter referred to as Auto Turbo Tech (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, website, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

These Terms govern your use of Auto Turbo Tech’s services, including any updates or modifications, as well as your interaction with our website and applications.

2. Services Overview

Auto Turbo Tech provides automotive repair, maintenance, and related services through service centers and workshops associated with us. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• General car repair and maintenance
• Scheduled servicing for multiple vehicle brands
• Vehicle diagnostics
• Car cleaning and detailing
• Towing services
• Body repair and painting
• Car accessory installation
• Genuine spare parts supply

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Using the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account with Auto Turbo Tech. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account and password.
• Promptly update your account information if there are any changes.
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or if you fail to comply with these Terms.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: By booking a service, you agree to the scope, price, and duration of the service as communicated by Auto Turbo Tech. Booking can be made through the website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service.
• Cancellation: You can cancel a service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring a penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: You can reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

6. Service Estimates and Payment

EstimatesWe will provide an estimated cost for services before initiating any work. However, these estimates are subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle or additional parts/labor required.

PaymentFull payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and online bank transfers. All payments must be made promptly to avoid service delays.

Non-Payment:Failure to make full payment for completed services may result in legal action or suspension of your account.

7. Third-Party Services

Auto Turbo Tech may offer services or products provided by third-party vendors, including but not limited to, car parts suppliers and additional service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, functionality, or performance of such third-party products or services. Any warranty or liability associated with third-party products will be covered by the respective third parties.

8. Warranties and Liability

Service Warranty: Auto Turbo Tech provides a limited warranty on certain services performed, as indicated at the time of booking. Specific warranty details will be communicated to you upon the completion of the service.

Customer-Provided Parts: We do not provide any warranty or assume responsibility for parts provided by customers for installation.

Liability: Auto Turbo Tech and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. User Conduct

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Not use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Not engage in any fraudulent activity or impersonate another person or entity.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our Services.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and any other materials, is the property of Auto Turbo Tech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content available through the Services without prior written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting customer service. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to arbitration in Kolkata under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Auto Turbo Tech, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any pending service bookings may be canceled.

14. Modifications

Auto Turbo Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated to you via the App, website, or email. Continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
